Devastation

Welcome to the lovely east Princes Street Gardens in the tourist hotspot of Edinburgh, which were vacated at the beginning of the month by Underbelly and their nasty Christmas Market. Notice the waterlogged ground reminiscent of the original Nor Loch.
There were two gardeners raking the ground adjacent to the main thoroughfare in preparation for laying turf or sowing grass seed around two isolated islands of primulas. I do hope the expense of the work is being covered by Underbelly and not by my Council Tax.

I bought a pair of stepmother of the bride shoes this morning at an eye watering price. Never have I paid so much for shoes, but no doubt they will see me out, if you get my meaning. Depending on the blip potential tomorrow , the day for my boiler servicing, they may make an appearance on blip.

I also received my Blipfoto T shirt today telling the world that I do it every day. I haven’t tried it on yet but it looks a trifle neat and may stretch the phrase out longer than the designer intended. Perhaps I should have bought a Medium!
