The Cat and the Samovar

Dear Diary,

Fellow Blipper Talpa does a series he calls "great names for British Pubs".  I thought I would do one for a "great name for a tea shop"!  I got this Russian samovar when I traveled to that country in 2004.  It sits behind my chair in my living room.  It has always been a favorite napping place for my cats and visiting cats too.  Probably because it is right above a heating vent!  I like how Louisa May contrasts so nicely with the aged brass of the samovar.  I've never actually used it for its purpose but it does make a nice accent in the room!
