Railing by Jerry!

To help me get down to what Gander (son Martin) calls the dungeon, we had another railing put in today (shorter one on the left) by my friend Lynn's brother Jerry---he put it there in about 8 min!!!! Back in the mid nineties I fell down these upside down landing on my head. Fortunately I landed on a pile of dirty laundry cushioning the fall. But one of the contributing factors to my knee issues today---13 steps in total. This railing will be a big help. He's also going to do some work on our bathroom and kitchen...yay!

Today was a hard day for Big R....not many smiles today..he's feeling pretty punk and energyless. I think waiting for the surgery so long isn't helping either. I have passed on your good wishes and I know that will help:)
