Revalidation

Trying to make sense of the last three years, Revalidation has to be completed by every nurse every three years - evidence that you have worked sufficient hours to qualify, and completed a minimum of 35 hours continued professional development, 5 pieces of feedback to support your practice, and five reflections to evidence learning.
