SUPPLY TEACHING

Went back to a school I first went to last October. It was my first whole class supply day.
The school is so sparkly and bright. Lovely displays and upbeat staff.....this is what happens when the inspectors are positive. Unlike last week’s placement where the classroom looked tired, sad and uncared for. and the staff were completely deflated.
One advantage of supply is often all the planning is done, copied and organised.....Great day.
Tomorrow I’m back to the sad nursery though as the interview for a permanent teacher was not successful.
