Woodland Waver

The one subject I have no end of around here is woods, so I was delighted to read a 'recipe' for taking woodland impressionistic shots in an old Digital SLR
You will need:
One long lens 70-200mm ideal
A low ISO
A high f-stop
One long shutter speed (one to three seconds)
One polarising filter (optional, I don't own one)
One very shaky hand.
Oh and lots of exposures as results differ wildly.
Bake a little in PhotoShop!
