Morgan's house is munted and unsafe for his family to live in.

He is still waiting to hear back from EQC/Insurance to see if his lovely old "gentleman's residence" will be a repair or a rebuild. I hope it is a rebuild as it is a great example of 1900's architecture.

Meanwhile he works out of his garage assembling electric bicycles...
