The hibiscus and the bee

This poor hibiscus has really suffered in the drought.  I also suffered taking the blip because the sandflies are absolutely ravenous and think I am delicious.  I noticed this bee flying around.  I thought it might have been a wasp but on a quick google search I think I have identified it a masked bee.
