Interesting article

Had an appointment today and for once the waiting room wasn't full of old women's magazines... the books not the women.  I ended up photographing the articles.  Never knew much about when the English birds were introduced to New Zealand, turns out it started in Dunedin in 1866.  Then they went to Australia and brought in magpies and mynahs - who would have wanted them?
