Horsepower

Today I drove to Leamington Spa to have a taster of a leadership event run by Jude Jennison. Jude uses exercises with horses to give insights into how you lead, mainly around non verbal communication. I’m not experienced around horses so this definitely put me out of my comfort zone. I was surprised about what Jude was able to reflect back to me and my two colleagues after only a couple of interactions with the horses. I won’t be booking riding lessons anytime soon but I did learn a great deal about the horses and myself. The extra photo shows me and my new friend Admiral!
