Onward and upward

Good day at work, with a series of meetings and conversations where it felt like we were making progress and I was helping various people work things through. Also a beautiful clear crisp sunny day - which always helps! Enjoyed my walk down to Holyrood at one point and spotted this armillary sphere as I think it's called looking good against the blue sky.
Pretty restrained food wise too....Supporting T&Kt's vegan moves with my carrot soup at lunch then made a parsnip dal with spinach and coconut rice for supper (plus a cheeky shared brownie this afternoon). 
Caught up on emails this evening with one eye on some TV nonsense, cosied up against a cold evening
