Today's (late night) dinner was:
Fillet of smoked haddock wrapped in prosciutto di speck on a bed of roasted winter vegetables and boild anya potatoes and red wine sauce
I'd intended to see my friend playing support in King Tut's tonight but circumstances meant that I ended up staying in Aberdeen this weekend so instead I did this.
The red wine sauce still needs a little work but I'd made it in advance for another dish I've planned and I'd wanted to try it out.
