Found the Sledge

First job this morning - clear the front drive of snow.
Although the snow causes many problems, I love how the landscape appears to change. It is a great time to play young or old, make a snowman, have a snowball fight or go sledging.
This I did in the afternoon with my daughter and her partner, my son and grandson. We spent a wonderful afternoon sledging down the hill and climbing back up many times with all the other people who had the same idea.
With the sound of laughter and squeals of delight from the children and a few of the adults ringing in my ears, may the snow last a little longer.

Back home to dry out and enjoy a good meal.
