Sunshiny day

Finally, woke up to brighter and dryer, even a bit of sunshine to lift my mood :-)

We had already decided on a trip out somewhere. The forecast towards the East was best so we opted for Haworth.

Encountered several really crazy and dangerous drivers en route, had to take evasive action twice, I'm no slouch when it comes to driving, but madness!! Anyhow I digress!

Parked in The Parsonage carpark, wrapped up, went for a walk, quite a brisk cold wind, but anything is better that damp greyness. We ended up in Cobles & Clay for lunch, as LoveLupins recommendation was closed sadly.

Had lovely poached eggs on crumpets and a fab very hot cappuccino, delicious!!

Spent a couple of hours just wandering up and down the main street, through the park, very quiet, then round by the railway station, a shot in extras, but I liked the sun on the stone of the cottages on Main Street, so that got my vote for todays blip.

We had a brew in another cafe before heading back.....pleased to report no incidents on our return journey.

Camera Club tonight......thats after Spaghetti Carbonara SW style, for dinner.

Hope tomorrow turns out to be as good as today :-)
