Kencot village green
Kencot is a small village in Oxfordshire with a population of 101 (2011 census)
Behind me and out of the picture, is St George's Church.
The church dates back to the 12th Century with some fine Norman architectural features.
There is a stone carving showing the figure Sagittarius shooting a monster.
This has been reproduced on the village green on a pedestal shown in the photograph.
In the background of the photograph is a Grade II listed historical stone war memorial, unveiled in 1921.
