Mono Monday today, and for this week, and I have gone with Glow.


Second of my Bowen treatments this morning. All appears to be progressing well, and I have been given homework!! Good many years since that happened! ;-)

Going out tonight to the Braunton Camera Club as they have Lee Orchard giving a talk on Adobe Lightroom, so notebook at the ready, and pencils sharpened :-)
