King of the castle

Party this morning for our friends daughter, just the boys and another friend, lovely and small, with lots of fun.  All the children rode little sparky, then had a treasure hunt before lunch (which featured lots of cake!).  The youngest, as ever, had great fun in the tractors and then had a great time playing king of the castle on the straw bales. 

The husband spent the day finishing off the downstairs toilet - aside from a bit of paint, it's all done!  By this time next weekend, we will have done everything that needs to be done for the house to go on the market.
