Refreshing

I used to love jumping into the swimming pool. So much more fun than merely climbing down the ladder. When Mary, my favorite aquatics teacher, spotted me about to make a big splash, she would call out, "Refreshing!" And it was!

This morning reminded me of that call because it was delightfully refreshing.
