Aloe Vera I think

I have had this plant for a good number of years  and must admit don't really give it a lot of care - and I think it has grown but not a lot.  I seem to remember the label sane Aloe Vera but am not sure about that.

Have finished my paperwork today.  I cooked a nice roast dinner  and it was good to have home cooked food.
Been a miserable wet day today but at least not foggy
