Bridges

I should have spent yesterday afternoon gardening as I had hoped to today but instead I finished this jigsaw. It is of Berwick on Tweed and was lent to me by my friend, in exchange I lent her one of central Bristol.
It’s many years since we were in Berwick though I always admire the bridges when I see them from the East Coast rail line. We stayed over night soon after we were married and had a lovely walk around the walls but struggled to find somewhere to eat. When we asked a police women’s she suggested the swimming baths! I’m sure things will have changed and perhaps this jigsaw is a hint to visit again.

The extra is for my own record of the jigsaws I did over the Christmas period. I’ve got one to start now from friend and blipper Wendles56 which you may have seen on her blip recently.
In other news I’ve had videos of my son in law surfing today!
