Time for a break

Every year my husband’s company sends us on a little trip as a reward for his outstanding work. It’s always in January and usually somewhere in the Caribbean.

However, as with all the other businesses in this country, there are cutbacks to save money and so this year we are staying in the United States. I’m not complaining as this is always a welcome break.

This year we are headed to sunny Florida where the temperatures are a good 30 degrees warmer.
