So dry!

The grass is really burned off now, as you can see from this view of the Britten Reserve.  I need to concentrate on keeping sufficient water on the garden.  My soil is very thin, so dries out really fast.  Even though we planted mostly trees and shrubs that should be able to survive in this climate, they do need.a little extra help when it is as dry as it is at present.
