Cute as buttons

Still sleeping like a log, cold almost gone, toe almost better.....so feeling a bit more like my old self :-)

Today we have been to Co gleton to visit middle son, wife and our two youngest granddaughters, Olivia & Isabella, who are always so pleased to see us.....we could here them shouting "they are here" before we got through the front door...so lovely! We hadn't seen them since Christmas Day.

They were really good, we had lunch together, we played, I did a bit of LOL doll "hairdressing", the girls practised their rollerskating, which we had bought them for Christmas, we all watched the new Aladdin, with Will Smith, soooo good ;-)

Im so disappointed that this blip is not sharp, as its a lovely picture of them, in a rare sisterly embrace, but photographing a bucket of frogs would be easier :-)

We drove home in the dark, got back around 6.30....... I had a quick chinese chicken & veg stir fry for dinner, a nod to Chinese New Year, as I had had a sald for lunch.....unlike hub who didnt want a proper meal and snacked later.

Just watched The Voice, Love Island and the final two episodes of Wisting, which was really good......now having a quick nightcap...a Brandy before bed.
