Five Mile Walk

Decided to go for a long walk , my X-ray didn’t show anything and I’m waiting to go to see a physio for my knee.
I probably walked too far but I wanted to be out in the fresh air.
I have also got caught up with my blips and I’m off work now for eleven days.
