Lucie’s party went well with no tears or tantrums. All fifteen  4 year olds plus assorted siblings and parents behaved very well considering.
Ali and I went to the Pub afterwards for a post party restorative beer, while Dad took the grandchildren home to try to get them wound down ready for bedtime.
