Scenic route

Due to traffic chaos, we had to go to school via the scenic route. I’m glad Mr M was driving, I don’t like driving over the railway crossing. It’s still looking very wintry up there.
The new “relief” road to the airport has caused much worse traffic on every surrounding road. There’s also been numerous accidents including 2 fatal ones on the new road. Whoever designed it shouldn’t be allowed to ever design another one.
