Onions to make you wince!

The Saturday market in Otley is great and is home to three good fruit and veg stalls. My favourite is in the square and they have a great selection of unusual vegetables as well as the usual stuff. Last week I found a Romanesc cauliflower which looks like a prefer of fractal art! This week, even the humble onion was extraordinary; 6" in diameter! They also do a great line in wild mushrooms too, some pink!
