Eaten and weather beaten primroses.

On my way home from the corner shop to buy our paper, I walked through the church garden to see what was flowering. There is a pretty primrose path, that leads to the church door, but the plants are looking weathered and eaten by insects. They are still beautiful in their own way and provide some welcome floral beauty on a dull January morning.
