Neglect

This was a wildlife pond created about fifteen years ago. It was accessible for wheelchair users with wooden decking around the perimeter. Maintenance stopped several years ago

Now the pond is sadly overgrown and the area returned to nature. All that remains is a lifebuoy on a white post.
