Walking the dogs

Snowy day in Edinburgh today, although by late afternoon it was already melting on the roads and pavements even if it was still hanging around on Blackford Hill. Having struggled up the icy steps to the top and not fancied slithering back down them, it was difficult finding a safe route back down as every available slope seemed to have been compacted to ice by all the sledgers through the day.
