We were delayed by 40mins...we sat on the tarmac....
Blip is of us coming into land....it got bumpy so this photo is me trying to take my mind of it....I have been lucky I have been flying since age 2 (daddy British Airways staff) but in the last 10 years, maybe less actually, I’ve developed a bit of a fear of turbulence....I can reason why it happens (when I’m on the ground) but for some reason short haul flights make me nervous. I think it has something to do with coming into land from Oslo some years ago....we touched the runway briefly before the pilot pulled back up again, he had no choice the wind was horrendous....or maybe I just feel extremely vulnerable and not in control.....now there’s a thought!
