Singing away

Saw the physio this morning. Shoulder and elbow now strapped and exercises given. Painkillers doing their job and I've got some mobility back in my arm.

JulesB came over at lunch time and we went out for lunch, followed by a short walk around Sidings Lane Nature Reserve so we could get a blip. The lighting level was low and I struggled to keep the camera still Thankfully, as we returned to the car, this Robin sat on the fence and sang to us.
