CHAOS IN THE SKY....

..... well after the "mud rain" late yesterday and this morning we have had a dull humid one today. The rain was mixed with a dust storm that blew in from the VERY dry west of the State. this is a bit of the info. So we have everything so far this summer....

Anyway, later in the day things cleared a bit so headed out to see what's doing.

Found a Whistling Kite soaring around and then spotted a Pee Wee harassing it. Would have liked them to be a bit closer, the BIG Gun was working overtime!
On calling by the Lagoon not much happening but did spot a Black fronted Dottrel enjoying the mud flats with the water level so low.

And, loved this young Dusky Moorhen showing off how BIG it's claw is!
