Another Gorgeous Blue-sky day!

LUCKY us!

Had to get my season parking card renewed, so G suggested we walk to do it. We set off taking a route through the buildings in our area rather than traversing the main roads. It's always great to be out and about on a nice sunny day.

Just near the building we were heading to is this great big mosque. I reckon it is the main mosque in Karama. You can see the loudspeakers on the minarets, so I am glad I don't live near it! As it is, we live between two mosques and as the first call to prayer is about an hour before sunrise, if you are not extremely tired, you can be woken quite early!

Good the rest of the day too and we finished by taking my step-mum out for a meal as she is going away on holiday soon.

EARLY start tomorrow to get season parking card, papers I need for my Residence Visa etc etc...
