Afternoon tea

In a few weeks Miss T will need to create an afternoon tea at school as part of her Food Technology coursework. Today Mrs BR took her out for a late afternoon tea at a local hotel called The Old Government House, the room is steeped in history, antiques everywhere and a roaring fire in the grate. They went so that she could try it and research the menus available.
I think they really enjoyed it and the adventure has given Miss T some good ideas for presentation. 
She would like to have a go at recreating the swan in extras!
