Not Synonymous, but Similar

Walking past one of Blackheath's many coffee shops I spied a couple of friends.
This coffee shop has a sister shop in Medlow Bath called Synonymous.
I think they should open another and call it Eponymous, or Autonomous or maybe Hieronymus or ........
