icy treasures

I planned to go and take lots of photos of the icy wonderland outdoors, when it came to it though, I realised that it was far less like Dr Zhivago than I'd hoped. The blue skies never happened and the soft sleet carried on all day.

So here is some indoor icy treasure instead. This is a beautiful trinket box that belonged to a fabulous old lady I used to know, I keep it next to my favourite photo of my granddad.
