Where’s the snow?

This far into January I would have expected more snowy days. As you can see from this picture, there is only a small patch of snow leftover in the garden from a while ago.

I love snow! The beauty of it as well as the peacefulness it creates as it falls and covers like a big blanket. I know it makes traveling a nightmare but I guess that goes to show you the world we live in and the fast paced life all around us. Snow is nature’s way of saying, “Hey, everybody slow down and relax for a day”.
