Fit Dad

Went down to visit my dad. We did a little fitness test, testing his sitting to standing. He did well above average for his age ... Proud of the guy.

Having said that you are meant to do the test over 10 seconds ... accidentally I set my timer to 10 minutes. Much swearing after that attempt.
