12 hrs in work - meeting with housing association and commissioner went well until commissioner led and HA manager stormed out calling me unprofessional- she’s was unprofessional!!! She’s not used to small charity vs her large organisation taking a stand - did lease and then landlord forum - free wine and food - good contacts :)
