Fresh Ravioli and Pomodorino Sauce
Second week of pasta making; really beginning to appreciate the taste of fresh egg pasta. The secret of the pomodorine sauce is to cook the tomatoes but not squash them. Also had a giant ravioli filled with spinach and a whole egg yolk!
