Windowsills

What interested me was the bubbles in the vase.
What may interest you is what I keep on my windowsill.

Given that no children live here now and that said children are 22 and 25 you must wonder why a little donkey and bead butterfly? Why not.

A day of emptying familiar things from familiar cupboards for the last time. A day of searching windowsills at mothers to reassure me that as we left everything was the same, nothing really changed.
