Blue Monday?

Not so blue for me with this beautiful sky this morning. Max went happily into Nursery (well he didn’t cry and said goodbye) and my class were great today.
But apparently today is ‘Blue Monday’ and for a lot of people it’s a very difficult time of year.
Sadly a parent at school today reported that she needed to collect her child earlier than usual as a family friend had committed suicide in the local area. How alone must this young man have felt to need to take his own life? It certainly did put things into perspective for me today.
