Down the road

Our wonderful (semi)relaxing weeks up here in Orkney are rapidly drawing to a close. It’s the first time we’ve both spent so much time here together & it’s been great - if costly! Mechanics, gardener, electricians, water services, plumbers, all unexpected appointments/costs plus the coal falling out of the fire and leaving a big burn mark on the carpet just tonight. We are going home home at the weekend and living frugally!
