What a disaster of a day. 
I had an appt at the Job Centre to go over my benefit claim. I was told I needed to take my bank card and my NI card. But they also needed my sick notes and bank statements. So I had to make another appt. Ggrrr. 

Along to mindfulness where every time I closed my eyes  I saw bright lights coming towards me. 

Onto my CPN appt where she cancelled my appt 5 mins before. Gggr. People like cancelling on me this week. 

A lot of walking today; over 11,000 steps.
