Sculpture in the woods.

We finally have a bright and sunny day here, it has been so long since we saw the sun....so off i went on my snowshoes.   Well, just getting them on was quite the workout...i haven't used these in probably 3-4 years, what with bum knee, knee surgery, back surgery etc., just never happened.  Then into the woods for a good hike.   The snow was soft and deep and even with snowshoes on the going was tough.   After about 40 minutes i stopped.

i also loved the long shadows in the extra!

Feeling quite energised now, so off to the easel.
