A foggy day

We have had fog all day - thick fog with the air feeling damp and everything slick and wet. Even Xena looked reluctant to go out for a walk in this weather, but she met so many social dogs in the woods on her walk and had such fun playing with them - she is remarkably fast and they play chase running around and around the trees with her leaping over rather high bracken and heather bushes. No wonder she comes home and sleeps after that workout!

Today I became a great aunt, my nephew and his wife had a baby girl which is such a blessing as they have had the pain of many miscarriages prior to this.

Tonight I am off to my camera group meeting, I missed last month's session so it will be good to attend this one. We also have a a trip planned to Seville in October and like all these things it will sneak up on me before I know it.

Tomorrow I am photographing a toddler and baby, it has been cancelled three times already as one of them was ill, but I think tomorrow's shoot is finally going ahead. Won't be easy as the toddler won't look at the camera....
