Spinach

Bought mountains of spinach to make sag paneer for friends coming round for dinner. They had to cancel unfortunately. We have a lot of spinach to get through!

Sag paneer, turmeric roasted potatoes, chilli & mango salsa and cucumber raita ... yum.
