Another beautiful day...

Walk for Health around Saumarez Park today.
The ladies I was walking with were walking fast so we were in the lead and completed two circuits of the park. Sort of alpha and omega since we were first to start and last to finish because we walked the furthest.
Had a chat with my rheumatology nurse yesterday and on her advice I will see my GP to arrange x-rays of my knees with a view to an orthopedic review. But not until I’m back from the 2 holidays that will start on Sunday.
