City Gate

The National Gallery has begun a quest to increase their emphasis on photography.  Currently on exhibit is “Moment in Time, a Legacy of Photographs” from the Bank of America collection.  Also on view are photos from the permanent collection titled “View of Ireland, an ongoing photography project”.  Great stuff!

After a late afternoon snooze, we attended our first TRADFEST event, The John Creedon Show Live, from the Dublin Castle.  This RTE radio broadcast included The Screaming Orphans, Jon Boden, Aoife Scott, Seamie O’Dowd, and Katie Theasbie.  A wonderful program.

Some light drizzle this morning, but generally pleasantly cloudy.
